Senior Leadership Team

They oversee the vision, culture and strategy of the church

Mike is a dynamic leader, thinker and speaker who has been leading churches for 14 years. His passion is to see the UK Church arise in supernatural power, empowering leadership and love. He has an BA (Hons) in Theology and a Masters in Leadership. He loves reading, gluten free egg fried rice, sport, and quality time with family and friends. He is married to Vic and they have two children, Elijah and Felicity whom they home educate.

Mike Dibbens

Senior Leader

Dave is our Associate Leader. Dave has a degree in electrical and electronic engineering and is a Director of M and W Electrics.

Dave has a kingdom heart based within the context of being submitted and accountable to a local church. He is a positive, practical and passionate leader. He is married to Bridget and they have three adult children; Lucy, Tim and Debbie and two grandsons; Eddy and George. He loves socialising, sport and supports Liverpool (boo).

Dave Alban

Associate Leader

Mike is passionate about seeing people come into wholeness and restoration with their loving Heavenly Father. He has a post graduate degree in school organisation and management. He enjoys playing the piano, reading and long walks in the countryside. Mike is married to Audrey and they have three married children, Peter and twins David and Catherine. They also have nine grandchildren and a great grandchild.

Mike Higley

Vic holds a Masters in Nutrition from Nottingham University, and after working as a Dietician in the NHS for a decade, now supports Eden's growth by overseeing the pastoral and administration side of all things church. She is married to Mike, is mum to Elijah and Felicity whom she home educates. Vic is a worshipper and has a huge heart for the broken and for church to find its true identity as a miracle centre founded on the Fathers love.

As our Senior Leader, Mike has a revelatory approach and passion to see people excel themselves. He helps people to discover who they are designed to be and what they are destined to do and then equips and empowers them to fulfil God's mandate on their lives.

As our Associate Leader Dave is especially passionate to disciple and bring people from not just knowing Jesus but being discipled into their relationship with Him and into the life of the family here.

Jan is married to Dave and she has two grown children and between them they have ten grandchildren.
She is infectious and community minded, who is passionate about seeing the Kingdom of God extended into reality in the most broken and ostracised of society.

Embrace Area Leader

As well as leading the Church with Mike, Vic is our engage area leader. This means she oversees the administrative side of the strategy, ensuring people are connected with and included in a safe and effective way. It's amazing and sad how revivals of the past have ended due to having limited engagement flow with new contacts. Victoria ensures that we run seamlessly in this regard.

Wendy oversees our encourage strategy, her passion for inclusivity alongside her administrative abilities means she ensures that our groups are interconnected and our events and socials are doing what they are supposed to do and have the resources to run irresistibly.

They run the ministries in the church

Jan is full of life and authenticity. She is an outstanding connector and is our ambassador to the town and connecting us into town life and our support and service therein.

She has a passion for Jesus without the bad religion we have inherited over the centuries and just wants to help and love on everyone.

She oversees our embrace ministries so if you'd like to support our outreach groups Jan is your man (woman...) :-).

Community Pastor

Bridget is an amazing woman; discerning, kind, strong, gentle and full of wisdom. She is married to Dave, has three adult children, Lucy, Tim and Debbie, as well as two grandchildren; Eddie and George. She loves nature, family and wants to see Church step into the work of the Holy Spirit more and more.
